Property/getRoomsDetails

PMS v1 facade method. Read Quendoo's canonical room catalogue — name, description, type, area, bed layout, image URLs. Setup-time call for a PMS building the initial mapping UI on its own side.

Cutover status: legacy answers, port pending.

Errors

Status message When
404 underlying exception message The room_id is not on this property, or the room could not be loaded. Legacy propagates the exception's message verbatim.

Field-by-field

Field Meaning
id Legacy property_rooms.id. Use this in updateAvailability / getAvailability as room_id.
name Localised room name at the request's active locale.
description Localised description; free-text HTML from the hotelier's editor.
type Property type id: 4 apartment, 5 villa, 6 studio, 7 room.
type_name The above, localised.
sqm_area Floor area in m² (nullable).
regular_beds Regular-bed placements.
extra_beds Extra beds (adult or child).
extra_beds_children_only Subset of extra beds restricted to children.
no_beds No-bed placements (child-in-cot / no-bed occupancy).
images Absolute HTTPS URLs, prefixed with HOSTNAME_BOOKING — no auth needed to fetch.
